Highly recommended
Mr. Wimberly is hard working, professional and courteous! I have known him for decades. I have used him for a few incidents I have had. He, unlike most lawyers, won't make you pay a mortgage for a consultation fee! He is a fantastic attorney and I would highly recommend him!

“I had a billing dispute with a former client who requested for all of the retainer after I had performed several hours of work. Though I had earned the fee, I later refunded the entire amount to the client. However, Illinois Ethics Rules can reprimand an attorney for not promptly (even within 30 days) returning the funds and therefore, I was "sanctioned." This is the lowest form of discipline and did not require any monitoring or action by the Commission.”
