Top Notch Attorney

As a licensed attorney myself, I am keenly aware of the challenges an attorney faces controlling emotions and expectations of the clients you represent, while at the same time advocating on their behalf in the most creative and practical way allowable under the law. During this past recession, our n...umerous entities found themselves in conflict with banking institutions and their "high powered" counsel along with their notorious scorched earth policy. We needed someone to guide us through this tumultuous time as prior to this we had never experienced a situation even remotely close to this and potentially devastating both on a corporate and personal level. Always practical, calming and responsive, Kymn has an excellent vision of how he sees a case playing out analyzing carefully its strengths and flaws. He is very measured and knowledgeable about the process and takes a long view approach, which serves his clients well.
