Robert Joseph Curcio

Robert J. Curcio (R.J.) focuses his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, trucking accidents, automobile accidents, and premises liability litigation. R.J. has worked at Curcio Law Offices for several years after having worked as a law clerk at a well-respected plaintiff’s firm in Chicago. Starting as a clerk, his work and commitment to the practice were immediately recognized.

R.J. received his law degree from The John Marshall Law School where he was involved in numerous trial teams that frequently were nationally ranked. As a young Chicago personal injury attorney, R.J. has begun his career in the courtroom. Within two weeks of becoming licensed, he was found in the courtroom where he undertook his first jury trial for a man injured in a head-on collision. A few months later, R.J. tried his first case in the United States District Court where he successfully obtained a $185,000 verdict for a man injured in a trucking accident.

Currently, Mr. Curcio is working on several complex personal injury cases, preparing them for trial, including the case of a pedestrian struck by a semi-truck, a woman run-over in a parking lot, and a mother and daughter injured by police in a high-speed motor vehicle pursuit.
