If the amount is under $12,000 you can file in small claims and do it on your own. Attorneys are expensive so keep that in mind.

It is a private company and they can refuse service if they wish, as long as the reason is discriminatory.....................

Anyone can sue anyone-being sucessful is different though. What is your proof the person harasssed you?

You can quit but whether you get unemployment is doubtful.............................................................you can file and let IDES...

You can apply for unemployment benefits and it is up to the IDES to approve it, no one in here can prejudge that. Best of luck.
