Can an employer be sued for stalking and harassment?
People can go anywhere they want in public--you don't own the public space. Without knowing more I don't see an issue.

Your previous employer can tell people who call why he terminated you........and it sounds like that is what he did.
I concur with the previous attorney answer. Unless there is something else going on that you didn't mention, sounds like it's yours.
Agreements are read in their entirety not just one clause at a time. You should contact a lawyer in your state and pay to have the full agreement...
That doesn't sound right. You can contact the Illinois Department of Insurance and inquire about it. I think you would spend more on an attorney...
