She can file a lawsuit to enforce her contract rights. That is what you do when anyone breaches an agreement that both parties sign.

Would have to see all of the differnet documents. Check with an attorney in your state or contact the insurance company and take it up with them.
They can ask you to attend if you are being paid for it.......if you are under a contract see the terms of the contact.
If you are working under a signed contract that will control as long as nothing in the contract goes against public policy. More facts are needed.
ANyone can sue anyone. The real question is are you willing to risk tens of thousands of dollars on a lawsuit you will probably lose?
