About Nicole
Biography
I am a founding member of Valorem Law Group - a new model law firm created in 2008 by BigLaw refugees who wanted to build a firm from the ground up to provide commercial litigation nationally using alternative fee arrangements. My sweetspot - crafting creative litigation strategies and solutions to achieve the specific goals of my clients. My experience is broad-based -- extending to federal and state courts, arbitration, mediation and appeals throughout the country. I also devote a great deal of my time to the advancement of women in the profession and most recently, handling wrongful conviction actions.
I am also a founding member of ValoremNext, LLC - a business focused on helping companies prevent problems before they occur. We design comprehensive but workable prevention program for companies designed to save them money and resources year over year.
