In a 9-year time frame, my wife and I had been with two previous attorneys, as the matters of filing I-130, I-485, and I-601 waivers is an extremely long process. We had two I-485’s get denied over this time frame. After the second denial, we were fortunate enough to find Attorney Delgado.
