Great lawyer for positive results
After winning my deportation case, there was still a difficult road ahead of me with achieving citizenship. I hired Marta because she came super highly recommended, after the first lawyer I hired (to apply for citizenship) had failed me and did an awful job. Marta was very professional from the start...

Clear & effective
We contacted Martha after reaching out 3 immigration lawyers and having terrible experiences. When it comes to immigration issues is easy to play with peoples’ hopes, Martha was fresh air. Since the first call, Martha was straight forward and realistic, she thoroughly explained the rules that applied...
"I have worked with Martha for 15 years in various capacities, and we currently own the firm Delgado Rompf Bruen, LLC together. Martha is honest, knowledgeable, creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality and compassionate services to her clients. She commits significant time to endeavors that improve our immigration system and provide access and opportunities for immigrant communities in Chicago and nationally. It is my pleasure to endorse Martha without reservation."
"Marta and I worked together for years. She is someone I have always been able to count on for sound advice and guidance. I have seen her work product on countless cases, and it is thorough and well-written. I have even had a chance to observe her in court and I can say with confidence she is always prepared. I would absolutely recommend her as a high quality immigration attorney."
"Martha is a smart, fierce, and compassionate attorney in immigration practice, and I recommend her services unreservedly. I have known Martha for nearly two decades and have had many occasions to see her work, which is of the highest quality. She is frank with her clients about what is possible and then advocates zealously for the best outcome for them in both affirmative and contested cases. She is also a friend to Chicago's immigrant communities, providing support and assistance to local organizations, as well as a quality referral--not always easy to find--for complex cases. I would recommend her (and have recommended her) to any friend or client."
"I have had the pleasure of working with Marta Delgado since 2001. Marta is one of the most experienced and reputable immigration attorneys in Chicago. She is able to identify complex issues and formulate winning strategies for her clients. She has successfully represented clients before the Immigration Service, USCIS Administrative Appeals Unit, immigration courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, and federal courts. I wrote about her series of appellate victories in our firm's blog at http://www.lawfirm1.com/?p=494. I endorse this lawyer's work without reservation."
