I hired Jon to do the negotiation and closing work when I purchased my home this summer. Jon and his assistant were very professional and courteous in their work efforts. There were things that Jon didn't like about the deal and advised as so, but when I didn't want to push back he allowed me to ma...ke the ultimate call.
