Jagoda Maria Jedrychowski

I hired this attorney to represent me in a divorce proceeding based off a referral from another person. The person admitted that she only knew of Jedrychowski from a networking group they both attended. I met with Jedrychowski at a time when I was desperate, 7 months pregnant and in need of someone ...who would help me and fight for me. For me she ended up NOT being that person! She was very transactional in her approach, it was very hard to get her to empathize with my situation and be human. Anyway, she did some of the job however, whenever she would request a "substantial" payment, I would ask her for a billing statement because she was neglectful in sending that information on any basis, and in my case an extremely irregular basis. Very long, story short, she ended up withdrawing from my case because I was unable to pay (was out of a job for a year and a half, w 4 kids, and still going through a divorce now 3 years later). There is really no reason my case couldn't have and shouldn't have been wrapped up 2yrs ago. At the start, she had two people agreeing to a divorce, being cooperative and had no assets or real property/businesses to divide! we had children in common and the parenting agreement and child support were worked out within that 1st year!! So what's left you ask?! I asked and had been asking the same thing! I feel she strung this case along because she saw an opportunity to take advantage of a black,single parent! She knew my financial situation from the beginning, middle and end! I was very upfront with her about my financial state..I can only be led to believe that she stayed on for some cruel,malicious rationale! She stayed on and allowed the bill to balloon to a ridiculous 5-digit amount! I was not given the opportunity to examine statements because she withheld them, to even see the bill getting as out of hand so that I could intervene on my own behalf and fire her! I am sickened by what's she's done and I pray the complaint I've filed and the investigation that was launched, finds her at fault and punishes her in whatever way! She is a terrible business person and in my opinion a horrible divorce attorney because as I said I am STILL going through the divorce after 3 years, allegedly owing her an insane ridiculous 5-digit amount of money and still married!
