Greg M. Czaicki

Greg Czaicki joined Walinski & Associates, P.C. as an Associate Attorney, in June of 2010, and concentrates his practice in: breach of contract and collections matters, bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosures, post-judgment collections, and out-of-court settlements. He received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 1999, cum laude, and his law degree from IIT-Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2002.  While at Chicago-Kent, Greg was on the Dean’s List for three semesters, and he received the CALI Award for the Highest Grade received in Commercial Law: Secured Transactions.

Greg deals with the creditor side of various Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters and regularly appears in the courts of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Will, Lake, and McHenry Counties. He oversees litigation cases through every stage, from complaint filing, service of process, to pleadings and motion practice.  Greg prepares and handles trials, mediations, arbitrations, and post-judgment collections, and routinely applies his negotiating skills to reach numerous pre-judgment and post-judgment settlements, on behalf of his clients.
