Diana Perez

Diana Perez joined Walinski & Associates, P.C., in July of 2009 as a Law Clerk, and became an Associate Attorney at the firm in November of 2011. While at Loyola University School of Law, Diana was a member of the Latino Law Student Association and later became Community Relations Chair. She also volunteered with the Logan Square Neighborhood Association and The Chicago House in assisting the Latino immigrant community. Her practice areas concentrate on various types of breach of contract matters, mortgage foreclosures, and post-judgment proceedings in Cook County.

As a Law Clerk, Diana assisted Associate Attorneys in collections actions and post judgment proceedings in DuPage and Kane counties.  She is responsible for filing all new suits in Cook, DuPage, Kane, McHenry, Will, Lake and Kendall counties, and she is also responsible for registering foreign judgments in various Illinois counties. Diana files all post judgment proceedings in Cook County, on behalf of our client corporations and financial institutions. She is a native Spanish speaker and writer and serves as a Spanish interpreter, on behalf of our clients.
