Debra and her team made my divorce process seamless. I felt her staff was prepared every step of the way which left me confident in my representation. Not only was her team able to secure me a favorable financial settlement, but also Debra was there to guide me through this emotional time with her po...ise, empathy, and experience. I appreciate her “team” approach which conserved attorneys’ fees and costs.

I hired Debra to divorce me from my husband of 25 years. She advised me to file an order of protection against my husband that was bogus. The Judge vacated it. She issued over 50 subpoenas for useless information. She accused my husband of being a drug addict. She filed bogus allegations that mad...e it impossible for my husband to find work so I get no support. She charged me over $200,000. Then she quit the case and I am now penny-less. Stay away from her.

She blamed me for the proceedings not going in my favor. The only calls I received were about "her bills" She never spoke up in court and allowed the process to rule racking up the bills that I was unable to pay. I did tell her I was out of money. She never gave me the option to go pro se which wo...uld have saved my house as she and the children's attorney have both sued me. My kids are back, my family intact but now I have no money to support them as I pay for my home a second time to cover excessive and attorney fees.

"Debra blew through a great deal of my money without speaking to me or letting me know what she was doing. It was a complete disaster. I don't know how Debra DiMaggio keeps clients. She is impersonal, arrogant and irresponsible with her clients." I have to now get rid of her and hire another attorne...y to pick up the pieces. $75,000 later and nothing, 8 months later and nothing. Her webpage does not match the end result more in her pocket way less in mine...go elsewhere.
