Dan L. Boho

Dan has been General Counsel to the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce since 2010. As a member of the Chamber's Board of Directors and Executive Committee, Dan dedicates much of his time consulting the Chamber on all matters, legal and otherwise. This is a completely volunteer position, yet any time w...e have had a legal matter that needed attention, Dan has been extremely prompt in tending to and resolving our issue. He is also extremely knowledgeable in many different areas of the law. As a Chamber of Commerce, we are a non-profit organization with numerous divisions, and Dan has, at one point or another, successfully assisted each division. Whether it has been a contract negotiation, taxation issue, lease negotiations, etc.., Dan has risen to every challenge we have thrown at him. Most importantly, Dan is extremely honest, reputable and personable. He is a wonderful person and someone that the Chicagoland Chamber will be doing business with for years to come.
