Detail Oriented. Aggressive. Compassionate.
I've known Amanda and her work ethic for nearly fifteen years. I have known her to be exceptionally conscientious and sensitive to her clients' complicated legal matters yet, at the same time, aggressive and level-headed with opposing counsel. I have no hesitation referring her litigation matters and recommend without hesitation.

Great Personal Injury Attorney
I was hurt in a construction accident where I had to have surgery on my hand and trusted that the company I worked for would do right by me. After a couple of months with medical bills piling up and no response from the insurance company my wife convinced me to call Amanda. I reluctantly called fully expecting a high pressure used car salesman approach from Amanda, but that was not the case. She explained my rights, gave me sound advice, and then told me to call her if I wanted to be represented. Two weeks later I was finally fed up with being ignored by the insurance company and called Amanda. She got the ball rolling immediately and within hours of her making a few calls the insurance company was calling to talk settlement with me. I chose to let Amanda handle the issue from that point on. Amanda kept me informed and blow smoke up my rear about how things would progress. She was honest from the get go and would only give me the worse case scenario for my case, as to not get my hopes up. It took awhile, but I knew what to expect and Amanda came through like a champ. My medical bills and future care were more than taken care of after she raked the insurance company over the coals. Amanda is professional, honest, and one hell of a litigator in my opinion. So if there are any working guys out there looking for an attorney that will truly be on your side I recommend you give Amanda a call. On a side note Amanda also helped my father with a Social Security Disability hearing and he was more than satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Amanda! Andrew

Outstanding medical malpractice attorney with a human approach!
Amanda treated me like a person and made sure that I knew my case was important to her and her firm. I was very scared to go to trial. Unlike most lawyers, Amanda and her co-counsel supported me emotionally and answered all of my questions about the process. Amanda’s approach to the trial really resonated with the jury and achieved a result that I could not have imagined. I am truly blessed to have had her represent me in my medical malpractice matter.

SUCKS YOU IN AND SPITS YOU OUT
She had been handling my case for over 2 years, and I talked to her only twice, at the beginning, and at deposition. Can't get ahold of her, her secretary keeps sending me to her VM. Otherwise NO COMMUNICATION. Thanks for NOTHING!

The worst experience ever!
She has been handling my case for a year, and I talked to her only once at the beginning. Can't get ahold of her, her secretary keeps sending me to her VM. my personal health insurance paid all my medical bills, NOT the auto insurance like it should be. Have no idea what's going on with my case. Had to hire different attorney who was available for me anytime I neede him and was answering all my question. Will never ever recommend Amanda Martin as attorney!

Response from Amanda Martin May 22, 2017
I'm relatively certain that this person was not a client of mine, since I haven't had anyone fire me on auto accident case in my entire career. However, to clarify, most times the at-fault auto insurance company does not pay the medical bills. Usually health insurance pays and then they are reimbursed by the settlement with the auto insurer at a later date. This is something I explain to all clients when they sign with me. In part, if my clients were to wait for the auto insurer to pay, they would have adverse credit reporting to deal with because the bill would be sitting unpaid for so long. Not sure who this person is, but I hope they got the attention and outcome they wanted.

"A lot of lawyers claim to be "trial lawyers" but Amanda Martin is in that 1% that is willing to put in the work and take a case to trial. She has a reputation for being friendly but firm on the behalf of her clients."
Construction and development Attorney | Aug 16
Relationship: Co-worker
"One of the best construction trial attorneys I have seen, Amanda is quickly becoming one of the most feared litigators in town. Not many attorneys can list multi-million dollar cases like she can, and that's no accident. This is the attorney you want for your case."
