SUCKS YOU IN AND SPITS YOU OUT
She had been handling my case for over 2 years, and I talked to her only twice, at the beginning, and at deposition. Can't get ahold of her, her secretary keeps sending me to her VM. Otherwise NO COMMUNICATION. Thanks for NOTHING!

The worst experience ever!

Have no idea what's going on with my case. Ha...

Replied last May 22, 2017I'm relatively certain that this person was not a client of mine, since I haven't had anyone fire me on auto accident case in my entire career. However, to clarify, most times the at-fault auto insurance company does not pay the medical bills. Usually health insurance pays and then they are reimbursed by the settlement with the auto insurer at a later date. This is something I explain to all clients when they sign with me. In part, if my clients were to wait for the auto insurer to pay, they would have adverse credit reporting to deal with because the bill would be sitting unpaid for so long. Not sure who this person is, but I hope they got the attention and outcome they wanted.
