Hired him to do bankruptcy. He did nothing

I hired Mr. Fenelon to do my bankruptcy. He took my money, said he'd file that week and he did nothing. Multiple phone calls & emails he never responded and when he did it was "I'll file this week" and he never did. This might partially have to do with his health as it has declined. Maybe he still... thinks he can do the job, he was once a good lawyer. With a pending lawsuit from a credit card company, I had no choice but to go to another firm, spend more money and they filed the same day, so there is no reason why Mr. Fenelon couldn't have filed when he originally said. Now, i have to hope and pray i can get my money back from him.

Mr. Fenelon saved my family's home.

Terry represented me in a critical bankruptcy where we risked losing our home. Terry was very knowledgeable about the Law and worked hard for me and my whole family. I can't thank him enough and if I ever need another Lawyer, Terry is first on my list.

Life Saver!

Mr. Fenelon assisted me in two major legal issues - the first being my personal bankruptcy and the second being a suit that was filed against me by my step-mother. In both cases, he was informative, compassionate, and professional. He made the bankruptcy proceedings as easy for me as possible since i...t was a time of great anguish for me. And when it came to the case filed against me by my step-mother, he "ran rings around" the opposing attorney and the verdict was unequivocally decided in my favor. I have a great deal of admiration and gratitude for Mr. Fenelon and his talents as a lawyer.
