Mr. Giudice was recommended to me, to represent my wife and I in our divorce proceedings. Once I sent the initial email/contact to Mr Giudice, he quickly responded - within a day (I believe) - and began communicating with us in a professional yet compassionate/personable manner, that almost immediately eased our stressful nerves. The more we communicated with Mr. Giudice, the more he would educated/help navigate us through legal procedures and paperwork that were quite foreign to us - turning an unfortunate situation into quite the un-daunting partnership. No matter if you thought you were asking a 'stupid' question, or maybe sending too many inquiry e-mails, he always responded right away with excellent clarification and answers - his patience showed he truly cared about us as clients. I met Dan while giving him an estimate for an HVAC system. I decided to hire him for my 18 yo son's criminal case. My son was charged with domestic battery, his second, and was facing a conviction and possible jail time. He not only defended my son but he also spent a great deal of time counseling him, calming him, and truly transforming his attitude. What he did for my son was worth ten times what I paid. He obtained a dismissal of the charges!

Determined to help me
Daniel was personable and direct. I don’t need things sugar coated. He spent an hour discussing my situation and my options to see if bankruptcy made sense for me in the long term. Weighing in the status of my home and auto loans, my debts, my nearly 800 credit score, etc. In the end he represented me at a very reasonable cost and I was able to keep my home and family car. Very satisfied.

Excellent Attorney
Hired attorney Giudice to represent me regarding a misdemeanor speeding ticket I received while on vacation in Georgia. Mr. Giudice quickly did the research, contacted the prosecutor, and negotiated everything up front. He then hooked me up with a local Georgia firm that got the charges and fine reduced to the minimum and saved me an expensive and exceedingly inconvenient trip to court. Mr. Giudice was compassionate, concerned, and committed. I worked with attorneys for most of my career and would highly recommend Mr. Giudice. He is different in all the good ways.

Won my case!
Was referred by a friend. Hired Mr. Giudice to represent me in a felony battery case where I was facing a prison sentence. Mr. Giudice won a jury trial on my behalf. He is quiet and unassuming but was fabulous in court. I highly recommend.

Lack of communication!
I paid for a quit claim deed up front and he never filed it. After numerous messages I never received a call back. Very unprofessional and not worth your time. I’m very regretful.

I met this person while doing a 4 hour Friday afternoon closing for his fiance or new wife. He was at the closing though he had no reason to be there as he was not part of the transaction. He could not hire me to do a quit claim deed and I would never agree to represent him because I represented the buyer/new title holder of the property and representing him would create a significant ethical conflict. His wife could have hired me to do a quit claim deed in order to place him on title but she did not. He was overbearing at the closing and was clearly attempting to bully his fiance/wife. I did not represent him.

This is a lawyer that you can't not count on to have your back or even get a hold of you. The last time I received a court summons I called Giudice the same day. When he picked up his phone he said he was busy but would get back to me later in the day. After a week of waiting for his call I started calling him. First I started calling once a week then twice a week than everyday. He finally contacted me by text while I was on my way to the court hearing telling me to ask for a continuance. Now the same thing is happening again.

I never met with this person regarding this case and I was never retained or hired by this person so they have no knowledge of me upon which to base their non-recommendation. At that time I often met with clients late into the evening regardless of how busy I was, so if we never met, the client was not too serious about hiring an attorney. Moreover, if the prospective client received a summons for a case and appeared pro se, there is not a judge I ever met that wouldn't give them at least two continuances to obtain an attorney, that of course means actually hiring an attorney! I have always been overly generous with my time and my concern for clients. This person was not a client.
