We just completed the sale of my mother's house that was part of a trust; to my brother. Melanie was recommended to my brother by the banker he dealt with. And we couldn't be happier for it. It wasn't an easy deal due to the other bank that held the note; and were it not for Melanie's patience, persi...stence (both with them and with us); I'm not sure we'd have gotten it done. Every step of the way, she clearly explained what steps needed to be taken and what to reasonably expect next. Never an overly optimistic "pie in the sky" opinion; but a clear eyed objective opinion. But at the same time there was never any doubt that she was the biggest booster for getting the deal done. In fact on the day we closed, I'm not sure who was happier...us or her (and I mean that in the best way). Hire Melanie and in my opinion you will have a much easier time with what can be a pretty stressful experience.
