As a result of my comfort with her for my new home closing, I then had her also handle the closing o...f the house I was selling.

My husband and I hired Melanie to be our attorney for both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. She took the time to walk us through and explain everything with the selling aspect and it went very smoothly. We couldn't have been happier. The purchasing aspect required a bit more... work with all the negotiating and hurdles we ran into, but Melanie handled it all quickly and professionally. On the day of our walk through, a few things were not done as agreed upon so it just took a quick call to Melanie and she had it handled. On the day of our closing, she walked through everything and made sure that we understood everything we were signing without feeling rushed. We were able to have everything done in an hour, maybe even less!! Melanie takes her job and responsibilities very seriously and is reliable. She responds quickly to emails and returns calls in a timely manner. Her assistant even did a great job with keeping us informed!!
