When the mortgage on my rental property was transferred to Nationstar and they failed to consistently send me a printed monthly statement; despite numerous request. I contacted attorney Coleman when I attempted to pay off the loan and discovered that Nationstar had re-applied all fees and charges ap...plied to my account, which had been previously remove; when I explained my need for a printed statement, for accounting purposes; that I would not pay the bill online due their absorbent fees and that I would not be held responsible for fees associated with their failure to send me a printed statement as I had not opted into their digital services agreement. Attorney Coleman, took over full communication with Nationstar and expeditiously, had all fees removed from my account and all marks against my credit removed based on Nationstar’s faulty business practices.
