Outstanding Lawyer with a Knack For Winning We Will Always Come Back for Nicole's Support

I have been dealing with Lawyers for over 35 years Civil, Criminal Defense, and Corporate. I can honestly say the way our case was handled and the way Nicole Sartori carried herself in the Court Room I was impressed. I have never seen a case won over so smoothly and so quickly. The Performance was Ou...tstanding and I would recommend her hands down to anyone.

Speeding 78 on 45 in Illinois

Nicole is an excellent and very knowledgeable Attorney you can have. She will let you know how the whole process works. I would definitely recommend her to any one who needs a criminal lawyer who can understand your case and come out with the best possible deal. Solved my speeding ticket going 78 on ...45 with just a court supervision for 3 months and small fine. Nicole was my first attorney in my speeding ticket case and she will always be my first choice if I ever need one.

Best decision I could have made for my case.

Hiring Nicole was the best decision I could have made for my VERY complicated case. I shopped around with 3 or 4 other attorneys before deciding to retain her. There was several reasons behind my decision. The thing that mattered MOST to me was she truly believed my innocence. All the other attorneys... I consulted mentioned how they could "get me out of this", which was pretty unsettling. There is no way I would hire a lawyer that thinks I'm guilty! I already had an uphill battle ahead of me. During my consultation Nicole listened...that's right....listened. I wish other lawyers would try this. After I explained to here what I was facing she took a while to absorb all the information I presented to her and then proceeded to explain to me some of my options as well as ask me to clarify certain details of my case. She wasn't afraid to admit to me when she didn't know something (like I said it was a complicated case) which I completely respect. I should point out that the parts she asked me to clarify or explain had nothing to do with any legal aspects....it was on certain details of MY case. The second reason behind my decision in hiring her was location. My case was in Kendall County which she has an office about a mile from the court house. My in-laws are also very near this location. I live in Romeoville, very close to her Shorewood office (which I never had need to go to but liked having the option). So setting up meetings proved to be effortless. Third reason was my budget, Nicole's rates are very very reasonable for the level of service you recieve. Other lawyers wanted me to pay upwards of $1000 per appearance. Maybe that will give you an idea of what my case involved. And from meetings with other attorneys before Nicole I'm fairly confident in believing even for that much money I would not have been represented as well as I was hiring Nicole for a VERY reasonable flat fee. Nicole was an incredibly understanding and comforting attorney and I enjoyed working with her. I realize that as a client I'm probably difficult to work with, meaning, when I call you, I want a call back in a timely fashion. When I want a meeting, I expect you to make time to meet with me. After all that's what I am paying for. And trust me I made a lot of phone calls and wanted a meeting before EVERY appearance. She accommodated me for every meeting I requested without question. And I always left her office feeling confident in my case. Her courtroom performance was BEYOND satisfactory. My case was essentially brought to trial twice. The first time resulted in a dismissal. Within a month of my case being dismissed they decide to try me again. Nicole successfully prevented them from rearresting me and saved me the cost of a second bail. Going into the second trial Nicole respected my wishes and refused to let them continue the case to a future date or dismiss it. She made sure I got my speedy trial and I was acquitted...I believed the terminology was "Directed Verdict of not guilty" you'll have to ask her to explain it. All I know is justice was served and my name is clear as it should be and they can no longer dangle the case above my head. I truly feel that Nicole is the reason that I was able to prove my innocence. I highly recommend her to anybody looking for an attorney who is truly interested in helping people in a tough situation, not just looking to get rich by "getting people off". She is very diligent and focused on your case and will actually spend the time reviewing the evidence and it SHOWS at trial. I wasn't sure if she had taken notes and remembered ALL my concerns. But rest assured come trial time she addressed EVERY concern I had brought up. Like I've said I will HIGHLY recommend her to anybody. And hopefully I never have reason to call her again but if I do....it will definitely be her that I call.

A trustworthy and knowledgable attorney.

Nicole Sartori has been a trusted and very knowledgeable attorney since we first used her services. We first had her for a very difficult situation my son was involved in. Then I needed her services for a traffic accident that was not my fault. I n both instances she was able to reduce and eliminate ...any charges brought against us. She was always able to explain things in an understanding way to us and was very prompt in returning any messages we left for her. Her fees were always very fair and she understood our financial difficulties. I have told people that if they ever need a top attorney, they must contact Nicolle for her services. She will be the first attorney I will call whenever I am in need of one. She is A plus !!!!!!! She is very flexible and understanding of our sons disability and everyone involved. We are very appreciative of her excellent services.

She's a Keeper!!

Mrs Sartori have been my attorney for almost 6 years now. I have her on speed dial. She did a wonderful job on our first case and since have helped me and my friends. Mrs Sartori is honest and upfront. I live in Rockford, Il but have used her in chicagoland and Dekalb, il areas.
