Mr. Nathe was retained to pursue an expungement of of a local LEO non-arrest incident report. While it took several months (I was apprised of such timeline upfront) to achieve the expungement, Mr Nathe successfully obtained an expungement order and subsequent compliance by both the local and state po...lice departments. He provided periodic status letters and appropriate documentation as the process moved forward. I could not have been more satisfied with his services. Phil was extremely knowledgeable of the local traffic laws and how to navigate the legal process resulting in all of the charges being dropped for my recent accident. This resulted in no traffic or court fees and did not require me to go through the supervision process and kept the accident complete...ly off my record. This is extremely important as I am a high school student which can have big implications if I were to have a second incident.

I received a DUI a little while back over Memorial Day weekend in Naperville (Dupage County), which absolutely ruined my holiday weekend, as well as had the potential to ruin at least 6 months of my life with a loss of my license. I have never been arrested for anything before and was in absolute sho...ck.
