Phil was with us all the way for 4years and was so kind and heartfelt in our time of need. He always see's the best in people. He is resourceful, knowledgeable, well liked in the Du page court systems and always had different ways to approach a situation. Seems to be on top of it all. Knows the ...system like the back of his hand. Even the courts seen to have a high regard of respect for Phil...I know we do. I wouldn't have anyone else ever handle our affairs but Phil Nathe.

There was a period of time at the end of my high school years and my first year of college where I was charged with weed procession, underage alcohol and DUI. Mr. Nathe represented me in all charges. I received a DUI a little while back over Memorial Day weekend in Naperville (Dupage County), which absolutely ruined my holiday weekend, as well as had the potential to ruin at least 6 months of my life with a loss of my license. I have never been arrested for anything before and was in absolute sho...ck. As soon as my long day was over from dealing with my bond as well as getting my car out of the tow yard, my only focus was to start my search to find a lawyer. Knowing nothing of lawyers, I Google searched for experienced Naperville and Dupage County DUI lawyers. A few websites popped up, but most were very non-informative and amateur looking. Upon hiring Phil, he got to work right away on my case and kept me informed of steps I needed to do, as well as copied me on all letters to the city/prosecutor etc. All the weight and stress on my shoulders right after the DUI was lifted knowing that I had chose a great lawyer to fight for me in this situation. During court he was extremely professional and after meeting with the prosecution, told me that they had agreed to put me on 1 year court supervision which meant I don't loose my license!! After walking out of court, he explained all the steps I needed to take after that and although court was done, he stated that just cause court is over does not mean that he his done being my lawyer.
