I can't thank Louis and his staff enough. To be more specific Marlyn, she is also who helped me through-out the process. I was a out-of-state case from a previous DUI offense in 2008. Louis and Marlyn really executed the whole process gracefully and efficiently. They cared about me the whole entire t...ime. They were informative, honest, concerned, yet with a splash of calm, cool and confident. They absolutely understand, know, respect the law and were able to guide me through, what could have felt like an unsettling process. That was never the case. Thank you again to the both of you. Hired Lou to get my drivers license reinstated after being revoked for 18 years . I had talked to many attorneys pretty much everyone told me it was impossible. Got arrested for driving on a revoked my criminal attorney gave me Lou's number said if he was in my situation this is who he would hire . ...He was right from the 1st consultation with Marrilyn in his office not once did they say it was impossible they reassured me it was fixable . Though the whole process Lou and his staff where there with me every step of the way I really could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and it gave me the confidence that this would get my license back. I had my license revoked from our wonderful state of Illinois for something that happened in another state. I retained him beginning of September. His preparation person screwed me by forgetting all about me and my case. Every time I spoke with her I had to run down the whole story again and answer a...ll the same questions. Basically I retained and paid them and it took 6 months just to get a hearing now its going on 11 months with no driving and several weeks before I will have it back still. I wasted my money on them.
