I had my license suspended in IL, while suspended the license expired and I moved to PA. Let's just say this is not any easy thing to do. License must be reinstated in IL, then issued in PA. It took close to 6 months and I know I could not have accomplished this on my own. Lou knew the laws in both s...tates, did everything required and a completely new license was issued in PA , not transferred from IL. My advice,,, if your out of state and need help to get reinstated call Lou. He and his staff were great.
