Not aggressive does not communicate
Did not seem optimistic about winning my case. She did not return any of phone calls. The few times I did speak with her, she was speaking in a very condescending tone. I would definitely hire someone else in the future.

Because I do not know who you are or the nature of the "case" you are referring to it is hard to adequately respond to your critique. Litigation can often be a difficult and time consuming endeavor, and, if you are a family law client, it often comes along with a lot of emotion. It is always important to find an attorney you find you can communicate with and someone who addresses your concerns. I try hard to inform my clients as to the statutory guidelines and case law when it comes to family law situations, and I can imagine that such advice may come off as condescending. I would be happy to sit down and discuss any concerns you might have.

Would hire someone else but I’m in too deep
I think Ms. Vlcek is seriously overwhelmed. She doesn’t thoroughly explain anything. She is slightly and passively rude...which was not her demeanor when I hired her. Find a new occupation or learn how to do your job. And no, I will not leave my name is fear of retaliation.

Awesome
I’ve only used attorneys a few times in my life, but Danielle has been the best by far. She doesn’t treat you like a number and she actually cares and helps and fights for you, which is refreshing. I won’t use anyone else but her.
