I suffered through a contentious custody battle in a crooked system for nearly 4 years. I hired an attorney who blew every leverage I had and milked me for every dime. He was unresponsive, abusive, egotistical, uncaring, unrelatable etc. I tried consultations with multiple others trying to get advoca...cy from a human being who cared at all. News flash- These are divorce attorneys. They do not care. Money talks. Either they want to extract a lot from you often in cahoots with the opposing counsel/biased GAL's/mediators in backdoor deals to benefit all but the client, they want to run a mill and take on so many clients they cannot give any single one proper attention, or they are not yet corrupted by the industry but are too inexperienced to fight properly. - At one point I was desperate enough to take a tradeoff in one area to stop the financial hemorrhage but needed my 4-year-old daughter to be safe. By the grace of God, Danielle was recommended to me by another attorney I trusted. She was already different when she was responsive. Then she related and zeroed in on exactly what it was going to take to get us out of the ridiculous Will County family court system with my daughter protected. Danielle is versed, sharp, concise, warm, willing, and extra. She completed 3 HUGE tasks in 2 weeks' time that my initial attorney (I feel purposely) blundered for that past year. She did it for a better than fair fee and included a number of sub-tasks within it without charge!? Incredible! She has experience approaching cases where opposing parties are personality disordered, she understands the role of GAL firsthand and is ethical in it, she's professional, and appeals very strongly to my Christian values. She actually reads her clients' Talking Parents/Our Family Wizard messages regularly without billing you to death for it! She's a good one. A true Unicorn! Man, I wish I'd hired her first! I hired Danelle and it was the greatest decision I made. Going through a divorce and adding a custody battle is never easy, Danielle guided me through the whole process making sure I understood what was happening throughout my divorce.There were moments I realized she wasn’t my therapist but she stil...l took the time to listen when I had to deal with the raw moments. My divorce was so complicated and yet she made it seem easy!! She gave me the facts and options so we could come up with plan I was comfortable with.. When she entered that courtroom, she was professional, organized and ready to win. I can’t thank Danielle enough for helping me through one of the toughest situations in my life!

First I have to start off by saying wow… never have I read more inaccurate reviews. First off anyone knows a retainer is just that, there is actual work that needs to be done, emails that need to be sent, voices that need to be heard at odd hours of the night.. I can’t Thank Danielle ENOUGH for not j...ust winning my case!!! Saving my child’s LIFE!!! ***go ahead look it up ( 12F901) it’s vial,,, how nasty and abusive my ex was. 12 years of abuse. He couldn’t hurt me anymore so he mentally abused my son instead….He took my child and mentally tortured me and not just me, my son, my other child and my entire family. The abuse ALONE is something NO parent or child should have. My case should have never gone on so long, however it did. By the grace of god 3 years ago, this woman came into my life and saved it. She didn’t just tell me my EX had to change, see she cares about her clients, so she told ME I had to change, not bad but the way you view life in general, the way you respond to a high conflict ex. It’s the motivation and determination this woman takes on her cases.. has anyone here Jw because wow some reviews you can just tell who a spiteful parent is However, have you ever taken a vacation and WORKED on a clients case??? Yeah, worrying if she filed correct, if the judge would allow something, ect. I wonder how many people have an attorney that works for them?? .. now that means making sure YOU as a parent care about your child/children. She went above and beyond for a hearing that should have never happened. I was lied about, abused, alienated from my child , my other child was alienated against his brother so bad he shut down completely... My family was outcasted. I was hated so bad my son went from hugs everyday to trying to kill me last year,,, and this year… wow.. she saved him.. and I can’t thank her enough for my children having a childhood.. Her OUTSTANDING knowledge of the law just blows my mind. The way she prepares for her cases! (So detailed it’s mind blowing) She takes and highlights and notates and makes sure YOU are represented YOUR CHILDREN are represented.. I felt like it was ME telling the judge how my life was, how horrible my children’s lives were becoming. And it finally stopped. It stopped because I finally had a voice.. someone to speak for me when I couldn’t. I should be a lifetime movie.. the abuse of the justice system and a narcissistic father, it’s just all disgusting.. but I had HER in my corner, and I know ALL of her clients are in her corner.. so is GOD. And by the grace of god she saved me from the system , this woman does NOT care about money! Sorry but that to me is funny.. so take MY advice and reach out to her, because if YOU genuinely care about your children, look up my case. See what we went through. I’m 41 and have no shame left lol but having her as an attorney I couldn’t even have a life if it wasn’t for her. So thank you for having our backs! And I know you keep every client close to your heart so for the rest of the bad things someone says, please take that step back like I did and make sure your not doing what a bad parent is capable of.. god bless and good luck to anyone lucky enough to have this woman stand in a room and know she saved a family’s life!

The Court appointed her to my custody case and she immediately took the other parent side and denied me access to any shared parental rights. Then she lied constantly and refused to read my documented information on the abuse the children and I received in the presence of the other parent. She verb...ally attacked my mental health and worked hard to disgrace my parenting. It resulted in my having NO contact with my children and the other spouse taking all support away. She is horrible and uncaring, deceitful and abusive.

Worst communicator with ZERO EMPATHY COMMUNICATION OR CARE !!!! We felt she was useless everytime she went to court on our behalf there was no fight!!! She allowed the state to do whatever and not once did she dispute anything!!! We requested information about specific charges on the order and we are... yet to get a reply. We had proof of back pay and she did nothing to fight that! In my personal opinion she was COMPLETELY USELESS AND BY THE WAY HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE WHEN YOU QUESTION HER! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME .. SHE MIDUS WELL HAVE REPRESENTED THE OTHER PARTY! HER DEFENSE IS HORRIBLE! NO NEED TO REPLY MA'AM YOUR SERVICES WERE NO LONGER NEEDED WHEN YOU ARE GETTINGPAID FOR NOTHING NOT EVEN VISITATION AFTER OVER A YEAR OF FIGHTING. WHY WORRY ABOUT THE STATES ATTY SCREWING YOU .. WHEN SHE DID IT ALL ON HER OWN..
