John Ettore Botti

John Botti is a trial attorney who represents victims in personal injury actions, as well as parties involved in commercial disputes and divorce. Since joining the Botti Law Firm, P.C. in 2012, John has secured millions of dollars for his clients.

Prior to joining the Botti Law Firm, P.C., John was an Assistant State’s Attorney at the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s office for five years. While a prosecutor, John tried hundreds of cases before judges and juries and this extensive trial experience has made him a highly effective litigator in private practice. Also while a prosecutor, John worked closely with victims of crimes to ensure their rights were protected in the courtroom. This experience gives John great perspective when representing victims in personal injury actions, parties embroiled in a divorce, and those caught up in commercial disputes. John uses this perspective to create exceptional attorney-client relationships premised on the principles of respect and fierce protection of legal rights.

John is a graduate of Villanova University and the John Marshall Law School. Before going to law school, John worked as a journalist and writer and editor for a popular website.
