Dan has been my attorney since the beginning of my divorce in 2008. He has been kind and compassionate toward me as it was a very difficult time for me. He listened to my needs and was very honest as to what he thought the Judge's decision would be in this matter. I believe Dan did a great job dea...ling with me in the emotional state I was in at the time of divorce. I believe he read the situation very accurately. He handled himself in the utmost professional manner even when the opposing counsel was not professional. He was truly a gift as an attorney. Dan Walker is one the the most dishonest, disingenuous people I have ever encountered. After speaking to me serveral times, confirming the gathering of evidence and reviewing my case, he sent me a retainer to move foward. After no futher work done and no further communication he abruptly out of the b...lue sends me a letter stating he is no longer moving foward with the case. He gives me no reason why. This is after sitting on the case for almost 2 years, waiting until only 2 months before that statute of limitations for my case expires.
