Honest and Experienced

Richard was a huge help to me in my dispute with a recent employer. Richard is a wonderful advocate and is very skilled at his craft. I never felt a moment wasted with Richard. His outstanding judgment and knowledge always made me feel like I knew where I stood with my case be it bad or good. Richa...rd's honest approach is very refreshing. Richard worked extremely hard for me and I felt I had someone in my corner at all times. I know in today's world Richard Lowell is a rare breed of attorney. Anyone would be lucky to have Richard on their side.

trustworthiness and professionalism of Richard Lowell, attorney

Recently I have had to seek legal assistance due to some issues with my current employer, and the attorney that I had consulted with was Richard Lowell in Lisle, IL. I have never had to consult an attorney for anything prior to this. I honestly feel that Richard treated me with the utmost respect a...nd was very professional in handling the issues with which I had come in to discuss with him. Richard is also very throuough and knowledgeable regarding the issues that are similar to which I had approached him with. Richard explained all of my options and recommended the most appropriate option and why this was the best option. Not only did feel comfortable with his reasoning behind his recommendation, but this option did ultimately helped to resolve the issues that I was currently experiencing. I honestly could not recommend a more experienced, professional, knowledgeable and thorough attorney to anyone. Richard Lowell is certainly an asset to the legal profession, and hope that he continues to keep up the excellent work.

Knoweldge and compassion

I have been working w/ Mr. Richard Lowell for over 3 years for various matters of Federal Employment and Federal Workers Compensation. I have found him to be incredibly knowledgable. In all honesty, the time I chose to go against his advice, EVERYTHING he said was going to happen, did. With no judgem...ent, he just began to pick up the pieces to continue on to acceptable resolution. He has thought of aspects of my case that I NEVER would have even considered. Just as important, I have found him to be also genuinely concerned for my and my familys' welfare through this process. He has gone out of his way to work with me in the evenings and weekends...often the only times I had available between working and being a busy mother. He has patiently answered my questions and concerns, reviewing his recommendations with me every time I have asked. He has been prompt in answering or returning both phone calls and emails. Everytime something new would come up with my case, he would calmly review it, no matter how frantic I might have been. I have found his knowledge and patience to be very reassuring. I have recommended him numerous times to others and continue to do so.

A Helpful Lawyer

I petitioned for my rights under relevant labor law and my employer terminated me and told IDES that I had been terminated for cause. Mr. Lowell helped me through the appeals process where we convinced a judge that no basis for termination existed. Mr. Lowell provided the legal and procedural informa...tion needed to avoid missteps in this process and helped my simplify a complex back-story for presentation, working through many details to highlight those relevant to the matter at issue. Before hiring Mr. Lowell, I had spoken to another employment lawyer whose name was provided by the local bar association. My decision to work with Mr. Lowell was based on his better knowledge of labor law and his ability to home in on the important issues in a confusing complex of events. I have been very happy with his services to date and look forward to working with him in the future as the need arises.
