Best Employment Lawyer in DuPage County

Richard Lowell handled my legal case with extreme professionalism and knowledge. My legal case was filled with complicated issues that were multi-faceted and Richard was able to discern the appropriate legal action needed to pursue the case with vigor and confidence. His knowledge of employment law... and the detailed time he put into my case was extraordinary. Richard is fair and upfront with everything regarding my case; from what the financial expectations were, to what compensation I could expect from the case. I highly recommend Richard Lowell for counsel in any legal matter and particularly employment law. He has exceeded my expectations and is superior in his ability to navigate legal issues. K. C. Extremely knowledgeable and Generous with his time

Mr. Richard Lowell is extremely knowledgeable. He was able to simplify my complex case and highlight the information that was most relevant. I found him to be very approachable and generous with his times, often working for several hours late in the evenings and on weekends. I trusted him to be forth...coming in accessing my case, and he had a unique way of finding different views that I had never considered. Every time I was anxious and had more questions, he calmly listened and reassured me. He always put my interest first. He maintained honesty, integrity, and I never felt judged. I would work with him again; though I hope I don’t have to ;), and would refer him to others.

Competent and Very Approachable

Mr Lowell was trustworthy, competent and forthcoming in his accessing of my case. He was very timely in addressing the issues at hand, listened attentively and very friendly to work with. I was very pleased with the outcome of the case and highly recommend him.

Helped me through David and Goliath circumstances

I hired Attorney Lowell because my employer was delaying resolution of a legal matter. Attorney Lowell skillfully cut through the delays and tactics. Attorney Lowell’s steady hand and solid judgment diffused obstinate managers and opposing counsel and set a professional tone. He was completely rel...iable when it came to deadlines. I can’t evaluate his technical legal skill because I’m not an attorney. However, I can corroborate that his written work product, judgment, and timing was very effective. The best features of Attorney Lowell’s service are his ability to maintain confidential client information, always put my interest first, maintain honesty and integrity in large and small situations, and quickly establish leadership.

Don't trust him

I hired him to advocate for me. Instead he took advantage of my situation. His advice made the case weak. I had to remind him to fulfill the obligation several times and he took the course that would benefit him the most. He kept asking for money and I did not see him produce any result. A month afte...r the final bill was paid in full I got a bogus bill with fictitious charges for almost $10000.00. We hired another lawyer to continue the case.
