Paul Joseph Fina

Paul is an Illinois personal injury attorney. He represents individuals who are injured through automobile accidents; medical malpractice; individuals injured in workplace accidents or by faulty products, equipment or machinery; or through the negligent maintenance of property (premises liability.) Paul has achieved great success in helping individuals who have suffered a serious physical and/or emotional injury.

Paul went to the University of Illinois to obtain a B.A. and M.A. in Economics. After receiving his M.A. in Economics he attended law school. He received his Juris Doctorate (law degree) from DePaul University and his L.L.M. (masters degree in law). He is admitted to practice in all Illinois courts, the Illinois Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of International Trade.

Paul actively handles every aspect of the litigation process from client intake through trial. He has handled cases in both Federal and State courts. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (held by only one third of one percent of attorneys throughout the United States), member of the American Bar Association (trial section), DuPage County Bar Association, Civil Practice Committee. In addition, Paul is a member of the MultiMillion Dollar Advocates Forum a position held by only 1% of attorneys in the country.
