I had a domestic battery case in which I was attacked and defended myself. The other party told obvious lies about what happened but for some reason quirk seemed unable to defend me. He pressured me to take a deal. He was extremely unprepared and didn't go over the case with me in detail or show me a...ny of the findings before the trial date.

I recommend Mr. Quirk to everyone. I was so paranoid about my retail theft case, being that I'm almost in a nursing program. Long story short my cousin and I were caught shop lifting. She put the items in her bag, I walked out the store with her. We both had the same local ordinance ticket with the ...exact same details. When I met John I explained what happened and I remember him telling me that he was in this for 30 years and that he wouldn't let them hurt me. After days of anxiety, He immediately made me feel better about the situation. At court he represented me and talked to the judge before we started court. When he came out he told me exactly what to expect. When the judge called me, my ticket had been dismissed. I was very impressed. I couldn't be more grateful and because of him my dream of being a nurse is not destroyed. I will never forget this experience. I also wanted to mention that he is very reasonable with how much he charges.
