The other driver (who refused not sign the speeding ticket following Galindo's advice) did not show up in traffic court several times, so I won by default judgment. I was wondering why my insurance rate was going up. I checked with DMV and. found someone in this court case filed false records in my dmv record. I won the default judgment but he portrayed I was the offensive driver who was speeding. Since the real offensive driver did not sign the speeding ticket, there were numerous errors in police report and there was fraud. The offender was able to defraud my insurance company for total of about $19,000 plus defamation that increased my insurance rate 700 times my original insurance costs.
