Liam Dixon

After being highly recommend to Liam Dixon, by a very close and dear friend of mine. I contacted Mr Dixon’s Aurora Illinois office to schedule an appointment. In doing so I spoke with Jerri. A very professional, and a take charge type of woman, who is also Mr Dixon’s paralegal. Jerri immediat...ely offered me several dates & times to try to accommodate my schedule. We quickly came to a date & time. On the date of my appointment, Mr Dixon already in his office was eager to meet with me. He stated he had previously reviewed my case and than proceeded to explain his approach to my issue. In agreement with Mr Dixon’s strategy, I immediately requested him to represent my case. He agreed, and proceeded to ask me a few various questions. In short Mr Dixon was able to have my case dismissed. Opinions may vary, everyone has one. In my opinion if you need legal representation, Liam Dixon is a lawyer who is straight forward to the point and says what needs to be said, when it needs to be said and delivers exactly what he says.

With this being my only case nothing was clear to me on top of that I had to try and communicate with family from inside the jail to help me find a lawyer. When I was released on bond I quickly realised the attorney my family hired was probably not suited for my specific set of circumstances in my op...inion so I took another look around. Over and over again I heard the name Liam Dixon so I got his information from someone and called up his office. The lady I spoke to I beleive shes named Jerri was super nice and understanding she asked me to give her a couple days to check into my case. I never expected a call back the same day! When I got the call I was told they would be happy to take my case and I knew I was on the right track. I couldnt be more happy with my decision. When you call in theres no waiting as long as you call in during hours you will speak to someone I should know I have questions often. If they dont have the answer your looking for that moment they will get it for you by the next time you call in. If your looking for a lawyer that will take your calls 24/7 or check in on your wellbeing everyday then your looking for the wrong kind. Thats the kind that has alot of time because they dont have cases and a lawyer without cases is not a lawyer you want. You want someone who has cases because theres a reason they have them. They are good at them plain and simple. Thats what Liam Dixon and his office are. Work horses. No you cant call Liam Dixon and talk to him about your emotional issues or personal life problems because he doesnt have time hes too busy working on beating your case this is what they do. If this is what your looking for go see a therapist. The proof is in the pudding walk into this mans office and there are awards everywhere. There are articles literally covering the walls with the stories of wins. I for one can say that since hiring him my peace of mind has skyrocketed. Case is still ongoing but I will update this with the resolution when that time comes until then I will continue to stay optimistic with Liam and his crew by my side.

Liam Dixon is an exceptional lawyer. I would highly recommend him. We took it to trial and got a NOT GUILTY verdict via bench trial. The states attorney dragged it out for almost 2 years, and every question and concern I had him or his office cleared the airway and gave me confidence. He is very tria...l ready and knowledgeable about trial. He knew when to object and have the states attorney's comments overruled. There aren't enough words that can describe his final argument so the judge can hear and see the passion he had for my case. I hired Liam to represent me and I can’t get him on the phone EVER! When someone does answer, it’s his secretary that can never get a hold of him and doesn’t know his schedule. He doesn’t set up meetings to review the case and my case is in limbo and I don’t feel like he cares at all about my life an...d the money I pay him is just going down the drain. Considering consulting another lawyer because he isn’t trying to work on my case at all!!

Seriously the communication between Mr. Dixon, his office staff and myself is completely non-existent. You will not be given any way to communicate with your own PAID attorney instead you will be directed to communicate with office staff. Every conversation you will have with the staff will be rushe...d, you can feel them trying to get you off the phone as soon as possible while also being pretty rude in the act. As first timers you will probably have so many questions but you can only ask them to the office staff. You will get promised answers (with rude tones) on the next call back that you never receive. Truly I have called in so many times every time with a promise of a call back that I eventually after a week or 2 give up on waiting for so I just call back in again lo and behold to get the same answer (we will call you back with an answer) and the cycle just comes back around. I can say this is definitely not giving me any impression that they care at all about my case or freedom but only about the money, because you may not receive calls or answers back but you will surely receive reminders of your invoice. Hiring an attorney is obviously not like making a purchase for most services but the basics are the same, you pay for a service and a company provides it for you. In this case I am paying for a service and have no idea what that service is doing for me and I could understand if it cost a few cents or bucks but were talking thousands and thousands of $'s here. If I am giving someone the larger portion of my income I expect at the very least a call back or the answer to atleast one of my questions however 2 months later I'm still running in circles trying to get ONE answer for ONE question. Your treated exactly as the state labels you, a criminal, but aren't I considered innocent until proven guilty? Yes? Then why is it I feel looked down on by the people I am paying to protect my freedom? Fighting a case your under extreme bad nerves but waiting on that call or answer just makes it worse which then never comes and it's scary it messes with your head even more. Your already short money, you expect the people that you're paying to care about your freedom to actually care or atleast seem like they are but I don't get that impression here. It's been a nerve wrecking frustrating situation to say the least.
