Peter M. Storm

Peter M. Storm has over 26 years of litigation experience in graduated with distinction from the John Marshall Law School in May1985 and was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Illinoisin the fall of that year. He is also admitted to practice before theUnited States Supreme Court, and the Federal Court for the NorthernDistrict of Illinois. While a law student, Peter served as the ChiefLaw Clerk for the Judges of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court, and was anactive member of and author for the John Marshall Law Review.  Hejoined the firm in 1985 as an associate and became a partner in has extensive experience in libel and related matters havingserved as litigation counsel in Illinois for The Copley Press andnumerous daily newspapers for over fifteen years. He also hassignificant experience and background in various aspects of commerciallitigation including shareholder and partnership dissolution actions,contested estate and trust matters, land use and real estatelitigation. In addition to continuing to represent a wide variety ofclients in various litigation matters, Peter now devotes a portion ofhis practice to business formation and planning, and a variety ofestate and trust matters from the unique perspective of a litigator.
