A Review for Zachary: his knowledge, determination to win, explanations of laws, and management of staff are fantastic.

Zach devised a plan that would help me care for my 91 year old mother, would provide for the needs of my disabled brother, and would protect our family home. In addition he helped me to do estate planning for myself. Specifially, Zach helped me open a Special Needs Trust for my brother, and a final... needs trust that will cover his funeral expenses. And, with great patience, he guided me through the process of compiling documentation for a Medicaid application for my mother. He instilled confidence in me, as we put together the seemingly interminable number of documents needed for the application. He gave me clear, concise answers to my numerous questions. When my energy lagged, he demonstrated great determination that the documentation would be completed, the application filed, and approved without penalty, which it was. In addition, to assisting me with my mother's immediate medical needs, Zach helped me open a final needs trust for my mother's funeral expenses. As my mother is 92 now, the opening of the trust has given both my brother and I great solace in knowing that in our time of loss and mourning, the expenses will be covered. Zach also helped me consider my own future, the protection of my assets, and even the protection of my health information with with a Docubank membership. I recommend Zach wholeheatedly.

Goes the Extra Mile

I have worked with Zach Hesselbaum on several occasions with regards to my dad's elder care legal needs. In all encounters, Zach was accomodating, available, helpful and professional. He always had time to answer a question. It was nice knowing I had someone in my corner and ready to help when I nee...ded it. It has been a pleasure working with Zach.

Zach was very helpful with p[utting my fathers affairs in order. He explained everything in detail and made sure we understood what was happening. He answered all our questions in person or if I needed to call him, he returned the call promptly and was able to help. I would highly recommend him to... anyone needing a lawyer.

Very professional

Zach Hesselbaum helped us put my dad's assets in trust and apply for Veteran's assistance after he had brain surgery. It was a difficult time for everybody and his professionalism made things very easy. He arranged everything for us and made the process smooth and successful, but more importantly t...reated my dad with the extreme kindness and respect that he deserves. I would highly recommend him.
