Date of last Insured issue for SSDI appeal

I hired Roger Hutchinson to represent me for my SSDI hearing. I had a very difficult case to win due to the fact that my case had a Date last insured issue. I had attempted to speak to several different lawyers to determine if someone thought they could represent my case, and when they saw the date l...ast insured issue, no one would even meet with me to review my claim. Roger from the very first phone conversation was very compassionate & agreed to meet with me to go over my case. In fact, he said that even if he could not take my case, he could give me some advice on how to proceed on my own. Roger looked at my case through a free consultation. During the consultation he explained why there was a date last insured issue & why they are so hard to win. After reviewing my medical records, he agreed to represent me. He advised that due to my complex medical history & date last insured issue, that a medical expert would be beneficial for my situation. Roger knew the best way to present my case & medical evidence to the Judge. Roger was always compassionate, professional, and patient with me and answered all my questions during every phase of my case. I would highly recommend Roger to others. He presented to me and my Husband as a man with compassion, integrity, and vast knowledge of the disability claims process. I would not have won my case without his expertise & understanding of the system.

Rodgers is a miracle worker. He handled my case exceptionally and even continued my case when I had to move to another state. I highly recommend Rodger.

Very professional lawyer
