Mr. Cummings was remarkably courteous and thoughtful toward my late sister. He and his assistant brought their office to her when she could not come to his office. He spoke in efficient and businesslike but reassuring words with her as we worked through the powers of attorney for health matters, th...e HIPA documents, the will and the living will. He knew what needed to be done and how to get it done quickly. After my sister's death, Mr. Cummings and I were able to work together smoothly and efficiently although I lived 150 miles from his office. There was never more than a day between my question and his answer. The estate was probated and completely settled 16 months after my sister's death.
