Listen everyone! I have known Mervate for more than 5 years. Since she was a sole attorney out of a small office. I interviewed many attorneys and found scammers,thieves and very few loya . I called Mervate and told her my case and she told me she can help me! I went in and talked to her. She was e...verything that her profile says she is. I saw someone professional , with a smile fully attentive. I am a father that only wanted what a father deserves, time with his kids and full involvement only to be screwed and played by other attorneys and lies in the court room. For the past 5 years , she has been by my side. She says that her number one priority is her clients needs and goals which is true. She is a advocate of taking care of business out of the court room but will take it to the battlefield if she needs to. Taking care of business out of court especially keeping the interest of your client is a great way to go and Mervate's method of giving you your best deal minimizing that threat of court fees and negative outcomes. If this gets the clients needs addressed, problem solved! DON'T THINK SHE IS GETTING SOFT OR GIVIN UP! Getting soft or giving up is the attorney that goes into court , sits next to opposing counsel, giggles, laughs, says what can we do about this , like they are friends and sends you a bill! Mervate is far from that. She will fight for you till you get what you want or you say stop. I am proof. She will explain to you what happened , what action is recomended , and even counsels you maritally from a legal perspective. She keeps you informed every step! I didn't win every point in my case either. I lost to lies many times, but there is only a certain amount a attorney could do if the court ain't feelin it. Oh by the way I could have blamed my attorney, but how can you blame a attorney if they stood before the judge and did their job. Mervate was a fighter , with a smile! SHOW UP LATE! People need to understand attorneys don't book your case and that's it for the day. They have many different rooms, different courthouses and even weather as factors. Late, what do you fear? Your attorney knows the numbers to the clerk. The judge understands. Attorneys have many clients they need to serve. SOME ATTORNEYS CHARGE YOU FROM THE POSTED COURT TIME THRU THE TIME THEY GET THERE. NOW THAT'S WRONG ! WHY CHARGE ME WHILE YOU SERVE OTHERS. BUT MERVATE HAS NEVER DONE THAT TO ME AND HER PRICING IS HONEST , OTHERWISE SHE LISTENS TO YOU AND WORKS WITH YOU! Some attorneys tell you take it deep! Last but not least if you feel your case is neglected, and you don't understand the process of the court system and that it takes time to get a court date after you go thru all the legal jargon, you need to stay anonymous. I know after 5 years, about patience , and how stuff gets dragged on. Mervate , is the type that will tell you if something will take a long time, if its feasable to your budget, what other options you have or if something is taking long she has no problem retracting. She will listen to you and honor your request. But the one thing I am sure she can't do is speed the case up! I have learned in family court there is no right to a speedy trial unless 2 parties are amicable. All in all , Mervate was great in the beginning and still is. Adding the support and knowledge of her associate Stephanie to the team is all another great reason to count on Mervate to represent you!

I was really lost before HER ... I Didnt know where to go or what to do. No one wanted to take my case since it was soooo complicated and twisted. And whoever agreed to take it was asking for an arm and two legs!! Then I hit the jackpot ...Here comes Mervate taking on the complication of what three... lawyers had failed to accomplish over 5 years. in few words my case is a divorce/civil/fraud/childsupport/criminal...so You can understand how challenging of a case it is. It was about to be one of the most life changing moments of my life. Ironically it was also at the perfect time. This case still on going and I will update with a final review.

I hired this attorney for my case but she didn't do much, kept saying be patient. I was patient for almost a year and found out it was a big waste of time. She neglected my case and because of this my little one suffered a lot. On top of it, with no shame, she sued me for work she claims she did. Eve...rybody need to be very careful when hiring a attorney especially when children are involved!
