Jay Timothy O'Brien

I recently used Jay in a custody case and he was fantastic throughout my entire case. Not at any time was he passive, he was completely thorough, and he fought for me the entire time. Used Jay in a contested divorce case that went to trial. My final judgment was as one sided as they come. During the course of the case he made many mistakes 1. Didn't subpeona records my wife was withholding, This cost me thousands 2. Asking for abatement of child support instead of recalculat...ion. At the final judgment I was forced to pay. This cost me thousands 3. Didn't go to court with market value of valuables. Instead let a judge determine the value. This cost me thousands 4. Constantly allowed the respondants lawyer to file continuances. 5. Very passive arguments during the trial 6. Recommended not to appeal the judgment.
