Resilient Fighter Experienced Affordable

John M. Montelongo is a Great Attorney that can be contacted by anyone finding themselves in a serious legal jam. I met John at the Bridgeview Courthouse back in 2023. I was in desperate search for an attorney to represent my husband Josaiah in a bond hearing. John not only got my husband released bu...t fought for a low bond. I decided to take a chance retaining and hiring John to handle the charges my husband faced. He did not disappoint me. His fees were reasonable and affordable and never missed a court date. He followed the case to the end and I was more than satisfied with the service and representation he provided for my husband Josaiah. He is brilliant and a fighter in court. Very resilient and experienced in the court room. I strongly recommend him to anyone in dire need for a GOOD attorney. On behalf of my husband Josaiah and I we give John 5 stars on recommendation.

Traffic

My granddaughter age 17 was stopped doing 30 mph over the speed limit. First offense, was able to do community service and driving school and did not lose her license.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
