Jack doesn't sugarcoat anything. He is very direct, which is comforting given the uncertain and chaoic nature of these situations. Anything beyond DUI is beyond this lawyer’s competence or trustworthiness. My case was a criminal case and he was a terrible lawyer. He is not capable of serious criminal defense. Jack Zaremba does NOT KNOW criminal law, does NOT defend vigorously, and is not trustworthy. In the beginning he seemed i...nvolved, but as time went on he changed. Correspondence with him was brief and minimal. He failed to confirm receiving or reviewing emails. He was not prepared for the trial. He failed to prepare me, his client, for the trial. In court he failed to argue with competence or confidence. I was afraid he would fall asleep during the trial! He was incapable of defense. He lacked conviction. He seemed uninvolved, like he just wanted to get everything over with, regardless of outcome. He had no recall of law. He did not invest effort and LOST an easily winnable case, ruining my life.
