If you would like your calls to go unanswered and to have people that answer the phone be rude and condescending, then this is the law firm for you. I contacted this firm and left a total of 9 messages on a daily basis with the person that answered the phone which was Kris to have the attorney call m...e regarding a new case. When the attorney finally contacted me, he informed me that he would speak to opposing counsel and get back to me within 24 hours. That did not happen and I continued to leave daily messages until approximately a week later, when the attorney contacted me and informed that he would speak to opposing counsel and get back to me. I asked him wasn't this what he told me a week ago and he said that would talk to opposing counsel and get back to me within a day (again). That did not happen and he had another attorney contact me from his office who informed me of the fee and that the first attorney would take my case. After that, I received a call from the person that answers the phone by the name of Kris, advising me that the attorney all of a sudden could not take my case because he was scheduled for hip surgery and that the other attorney in the firm would take my case. Once I informed her that my old attorney would be paying the bill and providing payment because that is what the old attorney informed me he would do, Kris immediately became rude and condescending and would not even let me speak. Then she informed me that the attorney would not be taking my case, which I found extremely interesting that a person that answers the phone who is not an attorney could make that decision for an actual attorney and on behalf of the firm. She ended up hanging up on me for no reason whatsoever. I started this review out by saying if you want a law firm that doesn't return calls and office staff who are rude and condescending and obviously has power trip issues, then this is definitely the law firm for you.

In the past 12 months luck has not been on my family's side. We ended up in front of a judge on two separate occasions for two unrelated cases. Both times we had a lot to lose. I didn't know of any lawyers so I hopped on the computer and googled attorneys in my area. I ended up in front of Mr.Andrean...o. Best thing to happen! When I met him he was so blunt and honest it made me nervous but I appreciated it. I had spoken to a few other attorneys on the phone and it was almost as if they wanted money to make all kinds of guarantees. They had to know these were promises they may not have been able to keep. Mr. Andreano never made promises he couldn't keep. The only thing he promised was that he would work his ass off to do what he can. He made sure I understood that there were no guarantees and I had to prepare for this. The first time- things didn't go in our favor but he didn't give up. He kept going and surprised me by fighting until he was able to get judge's decision overturned. He kept his word- on both occasions. Each time I felt like he took our case personal. I felt like he cared. He was beyond motivated and dedicated, while keeping it 100% real! If ever in a jam I highly recommend contacting Mr Andreano. Trust me when I say having him on your side is the best thing you can do!

When my Dad was killed I actually had slime ball lawyers come to the house - telling me they were 'old friends' of my Dad. We're not the type of people who sue, but I knew that plant wasn't safe. A person at my church recommended I speak with Mr. Andreano. He came to the house and met with my husband... and brothers and sisters. He was very caring and never pressured us. My older brother wanted to hire another lawyer, and told him so to his face. Mr. Andreano wasn’t insulted. He said he knew the lawyer very well and that we would be in good hands. After we met with several lawyers we all agreed (even my older brother) to hire Mr. Andreano. He kept us informed and was very professional. He really got after the other lawyers when they tried to ask hurtful questions about my father’s personal life. When the case settled he even donated part of his fee to my Dad's memorial fund. I’m still angry about the accident, but I’m glad we had Mr. Andreano on our side.
