Not professional
Non professional attorney. This attorney works hard to drag out cases and to add unnecessary stress. She thrives on her own interests and this is clear as soon as she actually starts representing. She puts on a different front in consultations than the way she actually works for you.

A very competent Attorney
Dana has been a beacon of hope to my children and me when hope seemed lost. Not only will she fight for you she is an extremely competent attorney. Dana, you have restored my faith in the justice system. I highly recommend Ms. Jakusz. If you need a bulldog attorney she is the one.

Run from this woman… If there was a zero rating I would give it
This woman is representing my husband in a very contentious custody situation(he was fired by the first two lawyers) and I have to say she is the most unprofessional woman I have ever seen in court.
