Caveat - I only spoke with Ernest for 10 min on a complex foreclosure matter. He took the call upon my request that it was urgent (pending sale a week away). He was knowledgeable and rather courteous (for a lawyer ;-). He did, however, refer a firm more expert in the subject matter, an act for which I am grateful and willing to submit this positive comment.

Law firm handled my case for a year an a half. Never received an update unless I called. Attorney response time was horrible. I was stonewalled when I called and treated rudely even though I was paying them handsomely every month. No one would come to the phone even if they were in the office. The front desk receptionist, Ricky, is rude and incompetent. Gave me misinformation & hung up the phone in my face. I felt disrespected as a paying client and merely tolerated as opposed to cherished. Ultimately I fired the firm & would not recommend. I never even received an apology or acknowledgement for the bad behavior of those poorly chosen to represent the firm.

I fought my foreclosure for a year and and half as pro se. As soon as I hired Ernest B. Fenton to make certain the Plaintiff was following the rules of procedure, the judge said "Ball game over". I would not recommend this guy for any type of representation!
