I won't be specific about the help that he has provided me concerning the owning of my home/property that I love so much that's paid in full. Without his knowledge and expertise I know I would still be renting an apartment. He is not just an attorney that I hired he is like a therapist for property o...wners. Seriously in my professional opinion you cannot hire a better, more realistic, knowledgeable no-nonsense attorney in this world.

I contacted Attorney Fenton about a Land Trust after seeing his commercial. After paying in full and signing the documents, I noticed some errors and contacted the office. After no one called me back that week I started leaving messages the following week. After 2 weeks I finally got a call back and ...was told by a very RUDE woman that the Attorney was busy. After I explained the situation, she told me to be patient and hung up! I was appalled! I can’t believe how was I was treated, I’m now looking for a new attorney...

I recently contacted Attorney Fenton's office about putting my home in a land trust. I paid the fee's he required and expected updates on my paperwork. After following up, I found out the paperwork was never completed. I called his office repeatedly and was never allowed to speak with him directly.... His staff was extremely rude and incompetent as if I, the client, was inconveniencing them by asking for updates on a case he had already been retained for! I ended up firing Attorney Fenton, eating the money I lost, and hiring another Attorney who got the job done quickly and professionally. I was extremely disappointed and offended! I will never recommend this attorney to anyone!

Caveat - I only spoke with Ernest for 10 min on a complex foreclosure matter. He took the call upon my request that it was urgent (pending sale a week away). He was knowledgeable and rather courteous (for a lawyer ;-). He did, however, refer a firm more expert in the subject matter, an act for whi...ch I am grateful and willing to submit this positive comment.

Law firm handled my case for a year an a half. Never received an update unless I called. Attorney response time was horrible. I was stonewalled when I called and treated rudely even though I was paying them handsomely every month. No one would come to the phone even if they were in the office. The fr...ont desk receptionist, Ricky, is rude and incompetent. Gave me misinformation & hung up the phone in my face. I felt disrespected as a paying client and merely tolerated as opposed to cherished. Ultimately I fired the firm & would not recommend. I never even received an apology or acknowledgement for the bad behavior of those poorly chosen to represent the firm.
