It is with great pleasure that I express my appreciation for S T Allen law! Just a quick summation of my father’s case. Attorney Allen was able to get my Dad’s case reduced to a misdemeanor & given the evidence that the State had against my father we are extremely pleased with the outcome of his case..., which lasted an entire year. Attorney Allen was with us the entire time, never missed a court appearance & kept us informed and most of all didn’t give us false hope about how the case would go. Attorney Allen was truthful & accommodating to our needs & let me tell you my Dad is 80 yrs old so he can be a little impatient at times. Mr. Allen is very familiar with Order of Protection cases in Cook County. These can be tricky because any person can spitefully go to court and file (and be granted) an order of protection against you, w/o any evidence. Instead of attempting to represent myself, I hired Mr. Allen who was able to navi...gate the Cook County Circuit Court system, address the person who falsely accused me, and ultimately remained professional and neutral during a stressful time for me. The case was dismissed, w/o every having a hearing....which saved me a lot of time. I learned quite a bit from Mr. Allen!

Despite my issue having started just prior to COVID, Shay stuck with me for the nearly 3 years it took to resolve my case with a not guilty verdict.
